Rock Lake Health Districtproudly represents a 16-bed acute care hospital, located in Crystal City and a 24-bed Personal Care Home in Pilot Mound. Prairie View Lodge stands alongside the Personal Care Home which includes 30-beds as well as 21 independent living suites.

Rock Lake Health District and Prairie View Lodge offer a variety of services and programs throughout the Health District.  We also endeavour to partner with the community to provide valuable volunteer programs such as Palliative Care to all who live within the District.

We are extremely pleased to have recently obtained our fourth accreditation, having consistently met national standards.  Our main focus is consistent, quality care to our patients, our residents and their families.
